My attempt at making nachos, submitted for the Food Group. Didn't have salsa, so improvised with spaghetti sauce; also threw in mushrooms, diced sliced salami, sweet chilli sauce (like I put on/in everything) and of course copious amounts of cheese. Any cheese-based dish is very good. This didn't work out too well though - they started burning within 2 minutes of being under the grill, so a
