Sesame/Yam Chicken @Restoran Kim Wah

The owner called it sesame chicken cos he said it tastes like sesame but the name is definitely misleading. There's no sesame in it and definitely no sesame taste. But it's good. The dish was prepared with some crispy chicken skin on top and the filling was made of fish paste (my guess, cos it tasted something like yong tao foo) and had a layer of yam at the bottom.
