Freshest. Sushi. Ever!After getting up early and catching the action at the Tsukiji fish markets, I headed into the local Sushi bar for some breakfast.When I ordered the "Fresh Jack Mackerel and Head" I expected it to be fresh, but not to the extent that the guy was still gasping for air every few minutes!
