In a small skillet melt a tbs of butter with about a tbs of oil. Mash a clove of garlic and add it to the melted butter and cook until it is golden. Remove the garlic and add a good handful of breadcrumbs (I used panko). Stir the crumbs until nicely browned and toasted. Add a handful of chopped parsley. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat well. Serve topped with seasoned bread
