Xiao Loong Bao @Crystal Jade, Lot 10

Pardon the missing XLB, cos I was too eager to try the XLB and only remembered to snap photo after I had the first one in my mouth. The XLBs were up to expectations, except that I find the skin a little too thick, but at least none broke before reaching my mouth. The soup was full of natural sweetness and flavour, everything I would expect from a good XLB. Thumbs up! (Non-halal)Xiao Loong Bao @
