Nasi Bojari @Madam Kwan's

Was told that this is another hit at Madam Kwan's. It did not disappoint. The beef rendang was so tender, so fragrant with all the spices but only a little mushy, otherwise would have been perfect. The fried chicken looked dry, but once I gave it a bite, the taste gave me a pleasant surprise - another WOW! The meat was so moist and juicy and nicely marinated, I wonder how they did it. The acar
