Mr Ho's Siew Yoke

This was from Mr Ho's Fine Food counter at Jusco, Mid Valley. The roasted pork was flavoured heavily in garlic, which lends a fragrant aroma to the meat. Some chunks of garlic can still be seen clinging to the meat. Traces of other herbs can also be detected but was not sure what they were. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender, juicy and bursting with flavour. Very good. Pstt... they
