Food: Siu Loong Pau @Shanghai 10

I've just found a worthy contender to Chef Loong's Siu Loong Pau. I had this at Shanghai 10, a restaurant in Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur. It's hidden away in a corner near to the place where they sell all the computer hardware stuff, next to the new rollerskate place.
