Food Siu Loong Pau @Chef Loong, SS2, PJ

The best dimsum at this joint has to be the Siu Loong Pau (literally means small dragon pau). The bite-sized pau's have soup in them, so it'll squirt out when u take a bite. The meat fillings were also tender and very well marinated. This is definitely something that takes some skill to make.
