Oreo cheesecake - recipe-*** Cake base - Crush and mix 100 gr Oreo biscuits (without the filling) in a food processor - Mix the crumbs with 50 gr melted butter - Press the crumbs into the bottom of the springform tin ( i used a 18 cm one) - Let cool in fridge *** Oreo cream cheese filling :- Beat 500 gr cream cheese (softened at room temperature) with 120 gr granulated sugar - Add 2 eggs into the
