Being a vegetarian in Tokyo is difficult if you actually want to eat Japanese food. Really, truly difficult. Then, I found these in the basement food court of the Tokyu Department store. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner: Tokyo, Japan, originally uploaded by So Much Ice Cream.
