Beef La Mian @Crystal Jade, Lot 10

The La Mian was highly recommended by a lot of food bloggers and forums. It was indeed very good. The hand-made noodles were springy and since they're made of wheat flour, was very filling. I ignored the advice to order just the plain noodles, to my regret.
